How do I place an order?

Products are available for pre order online purchase on their respective release dates. A membership is not required to purchase products. Please follow us on ONLY the Instagram accounts listed below to find out more information on upcoming releases:

Be advised that we will never contact you through social media to solicit a sale.

 

 

How long until I receive my order?

For pre orders, please allow 4-5 weeks which includes production and shipping. Please do not contact during that time, please be patient as it may slow down production. Tracking information will be provided once production is completed.

Regular in stock orders take 5-8 business days to be received. International shipping may take 7-14 business days. If there are any issues with your shipment you can email us at caviaronthemoon@gmail.com. These shipping estimates does not include holidays or unforeseen circumstances by the carrier.

 

 How do I change the details on my order?

For the safety of our customers, no changes can be made to the order once it has been placed. Please confirm all the details before completing your order.  

 

How do I get a refund or exchange/return an item?

There are no returns, no exchanges, no refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

My order is marked as delivered, but I did not receive my package. Where is my package?

Please contact the shipping carrier for an updated status on tracking, or for details on how to file a lost package claim. We are not responsible for packages that are in possession of the carrier.

 

Why did my order get canceled?

Caviar on the Moon reserves the right to cancel any order that is deemed high risk by our fraud analysis detection system.
